All hiring decisions are solely between the employer and the job seeker.
2. No Fees or Payments
LocalNokri never asks for money from job seekers.
We do not support or promote:
Registration fees
Security deposits
Training fees
ID charges
Any form of payment for job offers
If any employer asks for money, users should immediately report the job.
3. User Responsibility
Job seekers are advised to:
Verify employer details independently
Avoid sharing sensitive personal information
Be cautious while attending interviews
Trust their judgment and instincts
LocalNokri encourages users to follow all safety guidelines provided within the app.
4. Safety & Fraud
LocalNokri is not responsible for:
Fraud, scams, or misleading job posts
Financial loss or personal harm
Actions taken by third-party employers or recruiters
However, users can report suspicious jobs using the Report Job option, and appropriate action may be taken.
5. Third-Party Interaction
All communication (calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins) happens directly between the employer and job seeker.
LocalNokri does not participate in or monitor these interactions.

LocalNokri shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from the use of this platform or reliance on job listings posted by third parties.
